Finpiemonte as the lead partner of Forest EcoValue, one of the winning projects selected on 18 and 19 October by the Alpine Space Program Committee in Strasbourg, organizes in Turin the first Kick-off meeting of the project.
The meeting will be held at the Finpiemonte headquarters on 29 and 30 November 2022.
The objective of the project focuses on the design of a public-private market for ecosystem services, with the aim of developing sustainable business models for forest management.
In Italy, the pilot project will be carried out in the Piedmont area, in direct connection with the Lombard partners: the Lombardy Foundation for the Environment (for the contribution of specific skills for the purpose of developing a model that can be transferred to other territories) and Lombardy Green Chemistry Association (for the involvement of companies in the bioeconomy sector).
