Incentives for the acquisition of companies in crisis

The "companies in crisis" measure opens from 26 February to 31 January 2025.

The measure aims to counteract the ongoing deindustrialisation processes, to recover industrial sites that have been abandoned or at risk of abandonment for production purposes and to safeguard the wealth of knowledge and specific professional skills present in the research and development centers in the area, as well as to encourage the maintenance, improvement and/or recovery of employment levels.

The Measure aims to facilitate companies that intend to acquire companies in full-blown crisis and production units (plants, production plants and research centers) at risk of definitive closure or already closed due to cessation of the activity or business.
